This work introduces a novel open-source experimental database focused on the dynamic response of a moored floater under regular and focused waves. The database provides detailed information about the motion of a cylindrical body anchored with two distinct mooring configurations: one with four evenly distributed tension legs, and the other utilizing catenary connections made of steel chains. The significance of this database lies in three key aspects. Firstly, it leverages one of Europe's largest wave facilities for wave generation, allowing for the study of wave-structure interaction on a large scale (approx. 1:10 ratio), thus minimizing scale effects. Secondly, the database captures critical hydrodynamic loads, including slamming, overtopping induced by extreme waves, and snap loads in the mooring lines. Lastly, tests are conducted with meticulous consideration for subsequent analytical or numerical validations, starting with preliminary tests using regular waves followed by investigations under extreme conditions represented by focused waves.
